How to apply for a place
at Cranford Park Academy
You can collect an application form directly from the school.
Please complete the application form, including your Council Tax
reference number, and return to the school together with the following
- Your most recent Child Benefit letter or Family Tax Credit
- Your child’s birth certificate.
- Parent/Legal Guardian’s visual identification e.g. Passport
or Driving Licence.
You can apply direct to the Civic Centre at High Street, Uxbridge,
Middlesex, UB8 1UW
Visiting the School
Please telephone the school to arrange a visit.
If your application has been unsuccessful you must make your appeal in
Primary School in September 2018
Applying for a Reception
- You can write a letter to
Cranford Park Academy and request the appropriate appeal
You can apply online at www.hillingdon.gov.uk/schools
Friday 15th January 2018 – closing date for applications
Monday 16th April 2018 - offer letters will be posted.
Monday 16th April 2018 - if you applied online you can view your school offer from 5pm.
By Monday 30th April 2018 - you must accept or decline the place you have been offered.
Tuesday 15th May 2018 - If your application has been unsuccessful, you
may request appeal documentation and lodge an appeal by this date.
Appeals will be heard by an independent panel by the end of the Summer Term 2018.
